About Zenlabs
Zenlabs was founded because we saw too many graduates who could solve LeetCode problems but couldn't set up a database, review a pull request, or deploy a service.
Our thesis
The gap between CS education and engineering work is large. Universities teach theory. Bootcamps teach syntax. Neither teaches you how to ship software in a team.
Zenlabs exists to close that gap. We simulate the first year of a software engineering job so that when you actually start, you're already productive.
